Eggs are real chicken eggs that were covered with pc, then either sanded or coated in polyurethane.  I don't make the eggs anymore because over time the sheets of pc have cracked off.  I don't know if it's because of temperature/atmosphere, or what.  The pictures still look good!

I learned the technique for the frames in PolymerCAFE Magazine, as taught by Carl Johengen. 
It's super-fun!
